I founded Agentia as a living vision, where creativity, soulful intention, and business confidence come together to build what the world needs next. I believe in the next generation’s power to lead with empathy and heart. Their ideas hold the potential to shape the change our world is waiting for and I’m here to help them bring it to life.
My journey has taken me from the boardrooms of corporate banking to classrooms filled with untapped potential. With over 25 years in corporate business and entrepreneurship, I’ve come to see business not just as strategy, but as storytelling, soul, and courage in motion.
Along the way, I wrote a book, led community workshops, and discovered what lights me up most: coaching people to step into their own spotlight.
I’ve lived in Venezuela, Brazil, France, and the U.S. Each place gifting me fresh eyes to see the world and a deeper connection to the diverse dreams of the people I serve.
For the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching entrepreneurship and mentoring students who’ve transformed their ideas into award-winning ventures. But it’s not just the wins that move me, it’s that moment when a student realizes they can. That their voice matters. That their idea has weight. That they were always capable and supported.
Agentia was born from that very spark: the belief that the next generation deserves more than guidance. They deserve to be seen, challenged, and championed.
